	What is New Version 1.3 Overlaying transparent image on another image is added. Creating textual images is added. Drawing shapes (Arc, Circle, Ellipse, Line, Polygon, Rectangle and Round Rectangle) on images is added. Modifying image shape and creating round cornered images are added. Displaying next image in the same folder is added. New interface styles are added.   Version 1.2 Runs on Windows Vista. New user interface languages Afrikaans, Armenian and Galician are added.		What is New Version 1.1 New user interface language Vietnamese is added. If a language is not installed by Windows operating system, Image Editor and Converter does not allow to choose that interface language. How to know whether a language is installed by Windows operating system? From the top-level menu Language, click on Image Editor and Converter supported menu item. It shows the languages under three column headers: Local Language, Native Language and Native Country. If an Image Editor and Converter supported language is not installed by Windows operating system, that language has blank entry for Native Language and Native Country. How to install new user interface language? Click on Start button, then Control Panel, and then Date, Time, Language and Regional Options
