Order Availability and Shipping All items ordered from GIRDAC web site are subject to availability. GIRDAC reserves the right to reject any and all orders. All orders placed through this web site are shipment contracts, not destination contracts. If you would like your item(s) delivered at a particular location, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges may not reflect actual costs. GIRDAC accepts valid credit cards. By submitting your order for processing, you authorize GIRDAC to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any amounts described on this web site). If your card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. You must resolve any problem before proceeding with your order. The prices or offer remain valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date that your order is submitted. GIRDAC software products are licensed, not sold. All ownership, title and intellectual property rights in and to the software (if any), accompanying your order, including any associated media and any documentation or printed materials are owned by GIRDAC. If you agree to the license terms, order the products. GIRDAC software is licensed one copy on one system basis. Product activation requires Internet connection. GIRDAC does not accept refund in any case. You are, therefore, requested to fully evaluate the trial version before you order the products. All items are supplied as is and with all faults, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. All warranties, whether express or implied or statutory (including all implied warranties of merchatability or fitness for a particular puropose) are hereby disclaimed. No oral or other written information, opinion or advice provided by GIRDAC, its employees or agents will create a warranty. 7. Geographical and Export Restrictions In respect of any item obtained from GIRDAC, you agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations of the Government of India. 8. Changes to Shop Terms and Conditions GIRDAC web site is meant for online shopping. Every time you visit, you are bound by the rules in effect on the date of your visit. 9. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Forum Use of GIRDAC web site is governed by the laws of the Government of India and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in the Indian courts in New Delhi in all disputes arising out of or relating to this web site or this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. The Agreement (including any related consents or agreements that you provide during your visit to this web site) together with any license or agreement with GIRDAC delivered in connection with any item acquired via this web site, constitutes the entire agreement between you and GIRDAC with respect to this web site and that item, and supersedes all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and GIRDAC regarding this web site and/or any order you place through it. 11.
