GIRDAC PDF Converter is an enterprise utility for

PDFs in English through OCR technology. It also creates

PDF Conversion Limitations
|
Some PDF documents have text on images (scanned PDF files).
GIRDAC PDF Converter Ultimate extracts such text as
formatted text through OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
Layout option. Text on image may be in black and white,
grayscale or color. Extracted text is in black color.
Accuracy depends on image quality, font, font size, special
characters and symbols. It does not pick images and shapes
in PDF file. It currently works with English language text.

GIRDAC PDF Converter Ultimate may not convert properly
PDF documents having text with non-standard fonts, images
with non-standard formats, encrypted text and images in
PDF documents.
|
PDF Converter Ultimate does not convert PDF documents
having the secuity setting:
Content Copying: Not Allowed
or
Page Extraction: Not Allowed
One can see this information in Adobe Reader top-level menu
File -> Document Properties and clicking on
Security tab.

There might be a problem in converting large PDF files
to Excel format. It is advisable to convert large PDF
file in parts by selecting page numbers, instead of all
pages at a time. PDF file size, number of pages,
system memory and virtual memory affects converting
large PDF files to excel format.
